ACERBIS CHAMPION OF SPAIN WITH CV GUAGUAS AND CV JAV OLIMPICO
ACERBIS, official technical sponsor of CV Guaguas and CV JAV Olimpico, respectively the men's volleyball and women's
volleyball teams from Las Palmas de Gran
Canaria (Spain), won the first edition of the Copa Ibèrica with the two teams.
On Sunday evening, in the setting of the
Insular Sports Center of Gran Canaria (Spain), Guaguas (in the cover photo) beat Portugal's Benfica by 3 sets to 1, winning the first
edition of the Copa Ibèrica.
The trophy is therefore added to an already
top-notch list of successes, with 7 Superligas, 7 Copas del Rey and 2
Supercopas de España won by the Gran Canaria club.
Similarly, CV JAV Olimpico Las Palmas (in the picture below), the women's volleyball team from the Iberian island, won their first Copa Ibèrica by beating Sporting Clube de Portugal 3-2 in the final in Viana do Castelo (Portugal).
